1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, placing an order, or browsing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refunds & Returns Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

2. Products and Services

All products listed on our website or provided by Techdock Technologies are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or change product specifications at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

• Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

• We accept various payment methods. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment details.

4. Delivery

• Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi CBD for orders placed before 5:00 PM on Monday to Saturday.

• Deliveries outside Nairobi are made within 24 hours on working days.

• Delivery is free within Nairobi CBD, and a flat fee of KES 750 applies for other locations.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days upon successful inspection.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, text, images, and materials on our website are the intellectual property of Techdock Technologies. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Techdock Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

8. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, products sold by Techdock Technologies are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Account Responsibility

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or submitted to a competent court within Kenya.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
