Refunds & Returns Policy

At Techdock Technologies, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product or service, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Please note: Certain products such as software licenses, digital products, and customized orders may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original method of payment.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at the details provided above.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank or mobile money account again.
- Then contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards or promotional codes
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Custom orders or special-request items
7. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item, unless the item was sent in error or is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.
