Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Techdock Technologies, we are committed to fast, reliable, and efficient delivery for every order. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Delivery Timeframes

• Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi CBD):
  Orders placed before 5:00 PM on working days (Monday to Saturday) qualify for same-day delivery within Nairobi Central Business District.
• Outside Nairobi:
  Deliveries to areas outside Nairobi are fulfilled within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday).

2. Delivery Charges

• Nairobi CBD: Delivery is free of charge.
• Outside Nairobi: A flat rate of KES 750 applies to all locations.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Method

We use reliable couriers and our internal dispatch team to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. You’ll receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Coverage

We deliver within Nairobi and to major towns across Kenya. For remote areas or special delivery arrangements, please reach out to us in advance.
